As Squid is not an FTP proxy (only HTTP) you can only use dirty
workarounds. The way we currently do it is allowing CONNECT requests on
all ports (because of the high-ports) for specific users and specific
destination IPs. This tunnels the whole FTP session through the
"CONNECT" method transparently so you need an FTP client that is
CONNECT-capable. The only client that I found was the "SmartFTP"
shareware.
