Squid only speaks 'HTTP' and thus can handle ftp url's. And returning
ftp content 'http formatted' (too).
Some browsers, Netscape and or more recent releases of Mozilla
support ftp upload (again).
But Squid can not be used as a native ftp proxy (for ftp uploads).
