i've actually discovered much of the stability for
wccp in IOS is in some of the older IOS's (12.0, 12.1,
12.2), and may of the "T" train versions..

the problem with the T train is that it's mostly
experiemental, with new features that haven't been
fully tested and/or debugged... it usually runs until
it's ready to be released under GD (General
Deployment)..

but what IOS version do you have wccp running on, if
you don't mind?..
