I want to allow specific ip's access to certian sites, and block everyone
else ... ex 192.168.200.3 and 192.168.201.50 are allowed to go to
windowsupdate.microsoft.com and are allowed to use msn messenger, however,
no one else is allowed to go to that site or use messenger ....
