Here is the "df -H" response of Squid, I believe there is enough allocated
disk space..

/dev/sdb7 8.2G 4.1k 8.2G 1% /iso

/dev/sdb5 15G 5.0G 9.1G 36% /var

Based on the following, what does a "df -sk" report on your system.
You may want to be certain you have enough disk space allocated in the file
systems that Squid is using.
