If you have the time, throw it on both and give them ago. One thing is that the PII has the bigger cache which helps with serving things like squid. I know our P3 550 with 256mb does 250+ stations on a 2mb line just fine, they cant tell its there till it blocks some naughty website ;)

It would be advisable to go for up to date hardware. Pentium II
looks old to me.
But for 10 users it will probably work, but it may not scale on the
long run.
