No problem here at all.
The site opens up just fine.
Perhaps it's something between your network and southwest.com's network?
Also, you say it gives IE's dns error. With squid, it shouldn't happen,
as everything is passed on to squid. When you try to open a non-existant
address, it should pop squid's error screen, not IE's. How is IE
configured regarding proxies?
