Hostname set on my server and DNS also configured.

Subject: AW: Could not determine fully qualified hostname
You need to set up the host name of your computer.... more ove this error appears when there is no DNS service set up on your machine/no dns servers defined in your /etc files... check the redhat control panel and manual as to how to set up/define dns servers in your system.
good luck!

Betreff: Could not determine fully qualified hostname
I'm running Squid on Redhat Linux 9.0.
After compiling my squid when I run squid I receive this error message. I also add visible_hostname in squid.conf but still the same message.
[xxxxxxxxxxxxx]# ./squid -z
FATAL: Could not determine fully qualified hostname. Please set 'visible_hostname'
