You can either replace your Cisco with Squid, or chain the two proxies
together.
If chaining you need to decide on which order you want to chain the
proxies, and then configure the proxy closest to your users to use the
other as a parent proxy.
Using both for caching is most likely redundant, so if you want to keep
the Cisco Cache Engine for caching then you should probably configure
Squid without a cache.
