Simplest method is to remove all access controls and just have
http_access allow all, then send a CONNECT request asking Squid to
connect to port 25 on some SMTP server.
It is also possible to sent SMTP email using HTTP requests for port 25
but this 1 minute of thinking to design the proper request and will with
no doubt generate some error logs at the targeted SMTP server.
