I think you are trying to authenticate the proxy users in a AD domain ,
right ?

So you need to integrate the AD users in your OpenLDAP domain , for
this there is a document in the security focus website ( more below ) .

For group authentication you need SquidGuard ( google search ) and a
patch against you squid sources , this patches are in
http://group-ldap-auth.sourceforge.net/ , here in my company we are
trying to do the same thing , if you have any sucess please reply to the
group .
