I'm guessing you have an erroneous squid.conf entry like the following:
error_directory /etc/squid/errors/192.192.1.30
If so, then you'll either want to remove the entire 'error_directory'
entry and allow Squid to pick the default, or change
'/etc/squid/errors/192.192.1.30' to '/etc/squid/errors/'
