Hi,
We use squidGuard here for site enforcement. We even cite the particulars
of why a particular site is blocked based on it's catagory. For example,
pornography, gambling, restricted. The last is based on local policy
enforcement rather than regs. It includes high-bandwidth low-value sites.
I.e. not direct job related. It works out well, it saves bandwidth for work
related browsing without involving us in a detection, prosecution,
punishment cycle.
