Well.. for purely IP based identification, use the "src" ACL type.

From what it sounds like you are actually looking for automatic authentication
ala Microsoft NTLM. This feature is available in the upcoming Squid-2.5
release and allows Microsoft users using Microsoft browsers to automatically
log on to the proxy with their Microsoft domain account.
