[squid-users] Transparent DoS attack

Hi everyone !
I use CISCO access-list for redirect traffic from external POP to Squid box on local LAN.
My transparent proxy box 2.4.STABLE1 get slower , almost stopping redirecting , but SQUID is IDLE and running. And it get released after I'd cancelled redirect.
Some times problems returns after many hours of perfectly normal work.
I think that it looks like some DoS attack on port 80

Did any one had a problem like this ?
Please help !
