[squid-users] problem with code red

hi all gurus

i been posting the lot message in this regard
but i could not get reply,
i dont either this message reaching the gurus of squid or not
iam getting lot of code red hits like NONE/411
i could not able to stop them other than shutdown the cache server and
send them directly
but iam loosing lot of bandwith if i send them directly
could some one help me
will be a great job for me.
