I had a look at the firstnational site and got the following thru squid 2.4
cvs devel version & ie 5.5
/index.html I get a 404 - page not found
/index.htm works
/ got the first page with graphics broken, and then a auto-redirect to
/site/home.htm which returned 404
no / at all - worked ok.
They have a broken layout - some page on their server links to
/site/home.htm
but there is nothing there.
the main site is at
/home.htm
