Erm why not add the entry into your squids hosts file I'm sure there must
bne one somewhere else try the default host file on the machine, I
understand that most machines only have one hosts file where they look first
before resoution?

According to nslookup (at the time of me writing this), there is no
nameserver able to respond to request for this domain.
I'd say this is a problem with them and not Squid.
