Cache Replacement Algorithm

Hi,

1. Is there any availabale code for implementation of hybrid replacement policy?
2. Is there any simulation project regarding cache replacement algorithms that has been published through the net, including source code?
3. (How) is it possible to unable the ICP protocol which spreads a page request calls through the siblings of a proxy server? i.e.: requesting the page only from the parent proxy.
4. (How) is it possible to directly request a page from the server without asking for it from the parent proxy?
