I'm not quite sure why you'd want to do this, but you could....
1. shut down squid
2. delete all files and sub-directories from your cache
directory/directories, leaving behind the cache directory itself with
nothing else in it.
3. run "squid -z" to build a fresh set of cache files.
I think that'll do it.
