i dont think that these object cannot be cached ,yes the cachemgr sees
at store_check_cachable

what i want to know is if squid can tell the server to reply (even if it
has a cached version) , when the load is hi and if yes
if async threads have somthing to do with this
last if i can override such a behayvor and handle all the requests
sending error in cases were the cache is loaded and cannot afford any more
requests
