Whilst I'm not aware of a specific tool to prepare reports of this nature
(I'm sure one or more exist - start your search at the Squid home page),
the information is all there in the logs - since the user name is logged
you can determine which user initiated which requests, and thus you could
write very simple scripts to tally the byte sizes of each request by each
user.
