User-based report.

Hi, here there is a school that uses a linux box + squid to give access to
the students. There are some dozens of pcs; the users (students and prof.s)
never use the same machine, and the same machine is used by a lot of
diferent people. They currently use ncsa auth and variable passwd files to
give access, depending on the time of the day.

Now, they would like to analyze the amount of bytes received for any _user_
(not workstation). There is a tool that reports this, or a way to do it by
themselves?
