One short question....we just had an unplanned power outage and when our
Solaris boxes came back up we noticed that the date Squid reports to its
message pages is in GMT... like this...

The machines still report correct local CDT. Can anyone tell me if this GMT
format is the default for squid? I'm hoping its just something we didn't
notice until the power outage.
