Hmm ... the last line http_access allow all should put you through .... and
allow access.
Maybe you have another problem somewhere.
Is the access denied message from squid (an html reply from squid) or a
pop-up item from the browser?
If its a pop-up item ... then you cant connect to your proxy_ip_address:port
... check your port tag
http_port 8080
the port may vary depending on your setting ... make sure that this is the
same port you place in your browser's proxy settings.
