configuring http access for Internal Domains

Hi,

We are using squid on a firewall m/c which will have two ehternet cards.

one card for the backbone & the other for private n/w.

The users which are in private n/w will access the internet and intranet
via the firewall.
They are able to access the internet & some intranet domains
(wipsys.soft.net)

Recently we have got one more intranet domain(wipsys.stph.net) which we
are not able to access from the firewall m/c .
Can any body help us in configuring http access multiple internal
domains on squid.
