DNS round robin, retries

Hello,

  Is it a known problem that squid doesn't try all addresses if a
server has more then one? At this moment, one of the www.microsoft.com
WWW servers is down. Just one of the 10 servers. It refuses connections
on port 80. However squid only tries _that_ server. Shouldn't it
cycle to the next one if it gets ECONNREFUSED on the connect() ?
Even telnet does this..
