No SMP is not enabled . I tried to change minimum configs to easier debugging

Forgot to say this graph is taken from squid SNMP CPU usage .
I am using rock store for past 4~5 days but the CPU usage grows right after
upgrading to new version . also the CPU usage is higher even several hours
after squid start . everything in squid looks normal but CPU usage of squid
is triple times more.
