Define user groups in SquidGuard and try. Use this link
http://www.squidguard.org/Doc/authentication.html for more details. Although
it is a redundant work but tried and tested :) , even I have observed that
SquidGuard LDAP config doesn't work properly with AD 2003 R2 and 2008/R2 but
never tried to dig deep to resolve the issue.
