It has inside the Net tab.
once you enter into the Net tab you see Cache and other tab that can
help see the headers of response and requests..

You can backtrace I/O calls if you do want to get more into the material
but it seems to me like there might be either a loop or another thing
over there.
I would try to use the cache_mgr to understand if there are any requests
present in squid or it's just a stuck loop.
