Yes very likely is related to the Squid bundled patch. We added the
patch to Squid after reporting to the other upstreams.

My primary interest is whether it fixes the #pragma in sub-included
files by preventing their include in irrelevant places. Or if another
patch we have on hand is needed to fix this comm_err.h #pragma.
