from this specific log there might be some problem while yhe computer is
using the POST method which can be the method to put files in skydrive etc.

Is this proxy in forward mode? intercept mode? tproxy?(http_port ... )
are you using it from web brower or other method?

well upgrading from 3.1.10 to 3.1.20 could might not solve the problem
you are having.
But this is the preferred first try.
you can use a testing installation by side of the current instance.
I would start testing from 0.. and forward.
use it only as forward with no authentication at all.
http_access allow src_ip_acl
and move on from there.
unless skydrive is using some nasty method that dont match RFC based I
wont run to say what the cause for it.

but start testing from 0 and one of the tests to do is to try an updated
version of squid since there where many updates.
