Thank you very much for your answer, the sites you mentioned have been read by myself for many times.
However it doesn't help to my problem.
By chance, I figured out the reason why it disallow my login whatever I type in the password.
It turns out to be caused by the 'SElinux' in CentOS!! It forbids the CGI to work properly! When I turn it off, everything is fine.
