[squid-users] Squid 3.0.STABLE19 and TPROXY

I modified the squid.conf to add support for TPROXY:

http_port 3128 transparent
http_port 3129 tproxy

Or:
http_port 3128 tproxy

Both changes result in the following error when attempting to start the
daemon:
  * Starting Squid HTTP Proxy 3.0 squid3
FATAL: Bungled squid.conf line 880: http_port 3129 tproxy
Squid Cache (Version 3.0.STABLE19): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 0.005 seconds = 0.002 user + 0.003 sys
Maximum Resident Size: 0 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 0

Host: Ubuntu 10.04
Kernel: 2.6.18-028stab070.14

Is this a configuration issue? By my reading of the documentation the
syntax should be correct.
