[squid-users] Users cannot sign in to windows live messenger

Some users cannot sign in to windows live messenger even though others can.

here's my relevant config:

#Msn messenger
acl msn urlpath_regex -i gateway.dll

http_access allow  msnd
http_access allow msn
http_access allow msn1

and added port 1863 to SSL PORTS

in access.log when i filter by IP of the user trying to sign in to WLM, nothing is denied. all his hits go through...

Firewall config:
All ports are denied.

Any help would be appreciated.
