 No. What that header value is saying is that there are multiple
 different objects that could be in this reply which depend on details
 such as; TCP IPs and ports connected to the server, some background
 random number generator, whether the server admin had coffee or tea this
 morning, etc, which cannot be reported for intermediaries to replicate
 the decision.

 ETag which might answer revalidation requests is invalid and cannot be
 used.
