Thanks for your help Henrik.
I just made this : Squid1 -> Havp -> DG -> Squid2.
cache_peer is "calling" havp.
I defined DG as Parent proxy of HAVP.
And DG finally connect to Squid2.
Is it correct ?
This is the only way I found for getting ntlm_auth working with squid.
