Re: [squid-users] strange things happend

I have this config:

delay_pools 1
delay_class 1 1
delay_parameters 8096/8096
delay_access allow all

Just like I describe my squid deliver to all user at 8 Kbps, but when
one user use a download manager squid consume all the bandwidth but
continuing delivering at 8 Kbps. What could be ?
