I think the list needs some more detail than what you have provided.
It's a bit like someone posting on a car forum with just "my car is too
slow, why?" ;-)
Most importantly: details of your hardware (especially memory and disk
config), squid version, OS version, and the squid.conf of your server.
There are many people that may offer help then.
