If you are worried about a mere 100MB on that drive then I suggest
moving /var/cache, /var/spool, /var/www and /var/log off it entirely for
starters.

You need to consider the available RAM on the machine versus the approx.
10MB RAM per 1GB of files which the cache_dir index will consume.

You may want to bump the 16 up to 32 while you are at it.

And don't forget to run "squid -z" before restarting the main process.
