Cisco apparently *does* see Squid. What do you think "WCCP Cache Engines
Visible: 192.168.2.2" means?

I'm not sure why your squid.conf contains redirect and return method #1
(GRE) but Cisco displays L2 (which is redirect/return method #2).

There are two things which may be interfering:
  * you are missing the "wccp2_assignment_method" directive

  * also, Squid will wait for the cache dir rebuild to finish before
sending the first wccp2 HereIAm packet.

  * what is with "11.22.33.44" on the GRE interface? The IP Squid is
using there is 192.168.2.2 yes?
