[squid-users] Error 111

Hi guys,
some of my users are getting the error below when they trying to logon
to webpage....the website is allowed to browse through ACL..
They can get to the website but when they try to make a purchase and try
to logon...they get this error...

Error 111 (net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED): Unknown error
