[squid-users] Squid shuts down often

Hi

We have squid running fine, but every now and then the network connection to
squid goes down.
Then if you try ping the host, it fails.
After the server is restarted, it works again until next time.

I have included a section from cache.log which is when squid stopped
working.
I see near the bottom of the log it says it's shutting down...
