Thats very hard. They are large and always being added to. Some depend
on how your Squid is built and where it is running whether they even
show up.

Note that the cachemgr pages are created to be human readable to
experienced admin. If you need help with a particular item look at its
label and perhapse search the web for info on the terms used if you
don't understand them.

My advice is that if you need something particular, start searching the
pages. The menu page indicates roughly what each of the other available
pages contains.

The closest we have is this:
  http://wiki.squid-cache.org/SquidFaq/CacheManager

but it spends most of its time covering the cachemgr.cgi interface
rather than the page contents.

If anyone is interested in a small project. It might be useful to add a
CacheMgr section to the wiki with a page-by-page rundown on whats there.
