Hi Alex,

I use ubuntu 8.04 64bit, debian family to. And there's no selinux on
ubuntu default distriution.

My squid compile with netfilter.
root_at_box:~# squid -v
Squid Cache: Version 2.7.STABLE6
configure options: '--sysconfdir=/etc/squid' '--prefix=/usr'
'--enable-async-io' '--enable-removal-policies=lru,heap'
'--disable-delay-pools' '--enable-kill-parent-hack' '--enable-snmp'

'--enable-cache-digests' '--enable-linux-netfilter' '--enable-gnuregex'
'--enable-wccp' '--disable-auth'

Or maybe this is because i use 64bit ?
before use ubuntu, i have problem to with freebsd 7.1 64 bit.
