[squid-users] Tuning OS network setting for Squid?

Hi list,
I've read some about pre tuning for squid, a lot of thing to do with
cache dir, file system etc.. but I am didn't see any advice about
network (i.e: reduce timeout, keepalive time ...). Did you do anything
like that? Any exp and advice would be great! Thanks!
