[squid-users] sites show up in cache.log but not in browser

while using firefox, I get: ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://www.recycleelectronics.com/quick_quote.html

The following error was encountered:
      Connection to 69.80.208.156 Failed The system returned:
      (110) Connection timed out

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

Hello, I can see in my cache.log that sites are being received by squid,
but all I get in the browser is: The requested URL could not be retrieved

Where can I start troubleshooting? Does anyone have any ideas?
