Then it doesn't get those requests from the proxy, or the proxy perhaps
fails to deliver the responses to those request.
Each component of a page (HTML, stylesheets, images, flash files etc
etc) is a separate HTTP request. Squid do not know what a page is, only
individual HTTP requests.
