find / -name swap.state gives below OUTPUT.

/squid/cache/swap.state

ls -al /squid/cache/swap.state gives below OUTPUT

-rw-r--r-- 1 nobody nobody 0 Feb 8 14:40 /squid/cache/swap.state

runnig as
cache_effective_user nobody
cache_effective_group nobody

What else can I do?
