Hi Ganesh,
I am not exactly sure if you mean the size of your cache directories. If that is so, you can set it using
cache_dir ufs /cache 500 8 64
where 500=500MB
8=1st Level directories
64=2nd Level directories
As far as I know, ipcache_size is used for the storing the number of IP entries.
Your subject "Squid Cache log" also seems a little unclear to the question you are asking.
